Easy Padel
Web App System for control padels clubs
(Sprots, B2B, B2C, SaaS)

The redesign aimed to optimize the booking flow, notifications, and personal dashboard since the previous interface fell short. By conducting user interviews, auditing the old design, and creating prototypes and detailed specifications, I gathered the insights needed to develop a new, intuitive design and oversee its implementation.
Background
Although Easy Padel already had a functioning interface, usability tests revealed that users struggled to navigate it effectively. The navigation was confusing, and the overall structure made it difficult to understand the available functionality. Many screens were overloaded with side elements and unnecessary windows, creating visual clutter and disorienting the user.

The booking section, one of the platform’s core features, felt particularly heavy — instead of enabling quick action, it forced users to first decode the interface. Some elements appeared inactive while actually being clickable, which added more friction. The court booking modal had issues with logic, flow, and unclear visual accents, while the booking overview screen lacked intuitive design and clear prioritization.
Beyond visuals, many core functional issues made the platform frustrating to use. There was no proper notification system, which made communication within the ecosystem difficult. The personal settings also caused confusion due to inconsistent navigation and a lack of clear, actionable information.
Concept
During the conceptual phase for Easy Padel, I focused on deeply analyzing the issues present in the previous version — confusing navigation, overloaded screens, and unclear functionality. By conducting a series of user interviews and auditing the old design, I developed detailed usage scenarios that helped me understand how clubs and players interact with the app for booking courts, tracking payments, and organizing tournaments.

I paid special attention to the fact that nearly every section needed a complete overhaul, so I decided to rebuild everything from scratch, with a particular focus on the personal settings, which has become the central control hub for users. As part of the concept phase, I organized several brainstorming sessions aimed at optimizing the booking flow, notifications, and club settings. Relying on the insights I gathered, I formulated a hypothesis that key functionalities should be placed in a top tabbar for quick access, while less critical elements could be tucked away in secondary sections.

This conceptual phase was a blend of in-depth research, close collaboration with the team, and experimentation with new ideas, setting a clear direction for developing an intuitive and highly functional interface for Easy Padel.
Implementation
After finalizing the concept, I moved on to implementing key screens and functionalities, starting with the most critical one — the booking screen. One of the first tasks was to rethink the event creation logic: I reworked the user journey and simplified the process into a few sequential steps presented in convenient modal windows. Within this same screen, I built the tournament creation logic from scratch through modal windows, allowing users to quickly and effortlessly organize competitions.

This approach not only streamlined the process but also made it significantly faster and more understandable. Thanks to continuous communication with active Easy Padel users and regular interviews with coaches, administrators, and club managers, I received constant feedback that I immediately integrated into the prototypes and final designs. This dynamic iteration accelerated the process and helped achieve an interface that is both practical and user-friendly.
I designed the personal settings from the ground up. The primary goal was to create a simple and logical navigation for managing clubs and settings. I devised a structure where users could not only easily edit information, but also add multiple clubs simultaneously, switching between them with just one click. An important part of this phase was building a flexible and adaptable design system that ensured visual and functional consistency as the project scaled.

Additionally, I worked on the notifications sections, which have now become integral parts of the platform's daily use. It was essential that the notification system worked transparently, keeping users informed about upcoming events, changes, and booking statuses. The visual clutter of the old version was replaced by a clear and clean layout. Now, users can easily find the information they need at first glance, and navigation has become intuitive and predictable.

As a result, I established a cohesive and well-thought-out process for booking and club management, centered on the real user experience. Improvements in structure, logic, and visual design have transformed the previously overloaded system into a modern, adaptive, and user-friendly tool.
Polish
Once the core functionality was in place, I focused on refining the user experience through a series of usability tests. I tested both high-fidelity prototypes and final screens after development. This allowed me to spot minor interaction issues early and improve the overall flow based on real user behavior and feedback.
Working closely with active trainers and club managers, I refined the logic for both court bookings and tournament creation, ensuring it truly matched how people use the system day to day. At this stage, I also fine-tuned animation behavior to make interactions feel smoother and more responsive, and introduced stronger visual accents to guide the user's attention to key elements.

Together with the developers, we iterated directly on the product to polish interface details — fixing layout inconsistencies, improving the hierarchy of elements, and adjusting small but essential aspects like button states and transitions. This tight collaboration helped us deliver a product that not only worked well, but felt clear and natural to use.
Conclusion
Ultimately, my work on the new Easy Padel interface has radically transformed the platform. The new booking system, thoughtfully designed tournament creation logic, and an intuitive personal dashboard with easy navigation have completely redefined the user experience. Real users, including coaches, managers, and club administrators, have appreciated the fast and clear interactions with the app, which have streamlined their daily operations.
Through close collaboration with developers and constant feedback from users, I was able to bring all the key ideas to life. The result is a modern, adaptive, and reliable ecosystem that meets the demands of padel professionals by ensuring efficient management of bookings, payments, and tournaments, while also paving the way for further platform growth.
